What is Remote Athlete Training?

This program is designed to provide athletes with their own individualized sports performance training program with the freedom to complete it at anytime and anywhere they choose to train. Your program will be personally designed by Coach Z, who has 20 years of experience creating programs for high performance athletes from high schoolers to professional athletes. Your program will be designed specifically for you to achieve your personal fitness and performance goals. Read more below on how to get started today!

How does this program work?

  1. Schedule a 30-minute interview to discuss goals, equipment availability, sport schedules, previous injuries, duration/days per week, etc.

  2. Complete an assessment (e.g., TPI, speed/agility, muscular endurance, strength, etc.) based on your personal fitness and performance goals. (In-person if possible. FaceTime/Zoom if not local.)

  3. Purchase your package. Packages are available on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual basis. Please see our costs below.

  4. You will receive your first 4-week individualized mobility and resistance training program approximately 1 week after assessments are completed. Programs can be written to accommodate for 3, 4, or 5 days of lifting per week. Your program will be modified based on your sport schedule and whether you are an in-season or off-season athlete. Each exercise will have a video linked to it to reinforce the correct, safe technique.

  5. Text or email Coach Z, up to 2 videos each week of you completing key lifts. You and Coach Z will discuss which lifts will be recorded each week and sent by 5:00pm on Friday.

  6. Contact Coach Z with unlimited texts/calls/emails during the month with questions/clarifications.

  7. Schedule a phone call or video chat meeting during Week 3 to discuss your program and evaluate progress for the next month’s program.

  8. Plan to complete a new assessment every 3 months to assess progress (if training long-term).

Which sports and ages do you work with?

Our primary focus is to develop athletes, not players of a specific sport. We specialize in rotational athletes (e.g., baseball, softball, tennis, golf, etc.), but have experience working with athletes of all sports and ability levels. This program is specifically tailored to high school and older athletes.

How much does your Remote Athlete Training cost?

$200 for a single month

$540 for 3 months of programming

$1,080 for 6 months of programming

$2,040 for 1 year of programming

Optional Add-on: BKZ Speed Training Academy classes at a 50% discount while an active remote training athlete.
